Kindly note; when you book with us, you’re not booking a hotel — you’re booking our home.
Changing Dates
If a date change works with our reservation calendar, we’ll do our best to accommodate it — though this can’t be guaranteed. If we’re unable to make a change, the request may be treated as a cancellation under this policy.
If You Need to Cancel Before Check-In
More than 30 days before check-in
You’ll receive a full refund of the accommodation cost, minus any fees*
Between 30 and 14 days before check-in
You’ll receive a 50% refund of the accomodation cost, minus any fees*
Within 14 days of check-in & after check-in
We’re unable to offer a refund.
Once your stay has started
We’re unable to offer a refunds for early departures, unused nights, or changes to travel plans.
*Service fees, processing fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
Once a reservation is confirmed, we begin preparing the space especially for you. That often means we rearrange personal items, get everything ready and plan to stay elsewhere. Because of this, we follow a firm but fair refund policy.
We recommend checking with your travel insurance provider — many policies cover accomodation reimbursement.
